The location was fantastic, situated on the green bus line connecting to other lifts. the room I booked was large and amazing, with a delightful view. It had a TV and a comfortable sofa bed.

We appreciated its very very good breakfasts!

The venue was impeccably clean and spacious. Its location in Zermatt was marvellous, very close to the green bus line, which connects to other lifts, the Gornegrat train station, and the center of Zermatt. - It's within walking distance from Restaurant Casa Rustica, where I enjoyed delicious food. - I have nothing but fantastic memories from this trip.

Hotel was just what we needed.

Units with matterhorn view. Having a shower, a hairdryer and robes was a bonus.

The hotel is spotlessly clean with super-friendly staff members. Well furnished and big rooms with Matterhorn view and the outdoor patio, as for instance, and great service. The pool area is great too. Everything good.

The experience was fantastic; would absolutely stay here again. By and large, it was an enjoyable base for sightseeing in Zermatt. - We were given a studio with a Matterhorn view upon arrival. - Location-wise, the hotel was adjacent to the train station, main street, shops, restaurants, and the bus stop.

The peaceful location is near the Matterhorn Golf Club and a short walk to various restaurants and the town center.

We absolutely loved our stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel! The location was perfect, just a quick 4-minute walk from the train station. Plus, they even had a free shuttle bus that took us back and forth, which was incredibly helpful, especially with our heavy ski equipment. The staff here provided top-notch service, going above and beyond to help us unpack and settle in. We were also pleasantly surprised by the delicious breakfast spread, with a great selection of cheese and other delectable treats. And let's not forget about the swimming pool with its warm, salty water - it was the perfect place to unwind after a long day on the slopes!

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and well furnished. The hotel facilities, including the 34° swimming pool and spa, were excellent. The location was also great, with easy access to transportation and the train station. Additionally, the breakfast provided was very good. Nothing that we didn't like.
